Chervil, lemon blossom and pale lemon zest come together on the fragrant nose. Equal fragrance defines the palate in its litheness, directness and absolute finesse. Gorgeous understatement allows us to see the naked purity of this stony wine. Beautiful, taut and crystalline, this is exquisitely and deliciously hair-raising. (Bone-dry)
