After some airing, it reveals great depth with notes of lime, jasmine, violet, mustard seed, dill, thyme, toast, almond, and a hint of coconut. The wine proves beautifully refined and playful on the palate, where a very light touch of cream is quickly wrapped in zesty acidity and mint. The finish is superbly long, smoky, and airy.
