Product information

A short vintage report on the Pinot Noix 2016 ,, The Pinot Noix from the 2016 vintage, fits effortlessly into my idea of a Pinot Noir, or rather Pinot Noir ́s, as they are less common today, but were vinified in Burgundy between 1945 and 1990. This includes a deep fruit, good but natural acidity, little new wood, characterful soils, natural yeasts and above all moderate alcohol levels. The Pinot Noix 2016 has an alcohol value of only 12.2% alc. This is all it needs to carry the fine nuances of the Pinot Noir and not overload it with alcoholic breadth. It should begin to mature in 2-3 years and easily provide drinking pleasure for 12-15 years and more. We filled 3500 bottles in the 2016 vintage. I am pleased to be able to send you a few bottles.
