Today, the Groebe winery cultivates 9 hectares of vineyards, which are located exclusively in the best old Westhofen core locations and are planted only with traditional grape varieties. Riesling alone accounts for over 70%, followed by Burgundy with 18% and Silvaner with 10%. Some of these vineyards have been in the family for 250 years.
